About Us

The Prep Table is dedicated to making it easy for you to enjoy a healthier lifestyle by preparing a variety of fresh food. From fresh cut fruit packs to ready-to-cook meal kits, our products are prepared and packaged fresh to-order. We are based in Redlands, California and proudly serve our local community with amazing products and friendly service. There are no membership fee, no obligation, and no minimums of any kind.

How Does This Work?

  1. Take a minute to sign up for an account on our website.

  2. Use our website to shop for fresh produce and ready-to-cook meal kits and other items. Once you Checkout, you will prompted to choose an order pickup date and an approximate time window. You'll then have a chance to review your shopping cart and make adjustments before you finalize and submit your order.

  3. Stop by our location in Redlands at 505 New Jersey Street on the date and time you choose when you submitted your order. If you're running late, that's not a problem at all. Your order will be brought out to you. Our staff will go over it with you to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Why We're Better

We know that you have many options these days to purchase meals and similar products online. Wondering what makes us better than the others?

  1. We don't believe that fresh food should be shipped to you by mail in a box. Regardless of what method is used to cool the contents, it's not a fool-proof way to ship perishable food. We are based right here in Redlands. Our fresh cut products, meal kits, platters, and more are washed, cut, and packaged right here in our facility on the day you pickup your order.

  2. Those other guys claim to have "chefs who do the shopping for you". Well, that's right! That's pretty much what they do! We, on the other hand, do the hard work. Our staff wash, cut, and, and package the ingredients in your meal kit. This difference is just one of the many things that sets up apart but we feel that it's a very important one.

  3. We offer a lot more convenience than they do. It's 1:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon and you just realized that you have not planned out dinner yet and won't have any time later. Just log on to our web site, place an order for one of our many Ready To Cook Meal Kits, and pick up later in the afternoon! We'll prepare it fresh to order just for you. Nobody else comes close to offering this type of service.
